London based, delivered online — We’re a London speech practice, and a large share of our clients are London executives: partners, founders, C-suite and senior specialists in the capital. Everything is delivered online over video. That’s a deliberate choice, not a compromise — you can see yourself as you speak, sessions slot into a working day without travel, and every one is recorded so progress is something you can watch back rather than take on trust.

What this is — The other six services on this site each solve one problem. This is the standing engagement for leaders who don’t have a single event to prepare for so much as a permanent need to communicate well — every week, to boards, teams, press and clients. We work across whichever disciplines matter that month rather than following a fixed curriculum.

What we cover — In practice most clients here move across three areas: voice and clarity, presence and delivery, and preparation for specific high-stakes moments — a board meeting, an interview, a keynote, a funding round. What we work on in a given session is decided by what’s in your diary, not by a syllabus.

How this differs from executive coaching generally — We are not leadership coaches, and we don’t work on strategy, career direction or team dynamics. Our subject is communication: how you sound, how you’re read, and whether the room believes you. Many clients run this alongside a leadership coach; the two rarely overlap.

Who it’s for — London-based executives, founders, partners and senior specialists who speak publicly most weeks and want a coach on standing call rather than a one-off course. Clients elsewhere in the UK, Europe and the US work with us on exactly the same basis.
